A neighborhood brewery that opened in October 2023 on MLK Street North. Outside is family and pet friendly; inside is the 21 and up Golden Easy bar. The tap list leans to IPAs with wine, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic pours, and the yard hosts food trucks and a monthly Lunar Market with vendors and live music.
Family Friendly St. Pete: MLK Street North
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North, which older signs and some menus still call 9th Street. It is a neighborhood strip of small owner-run rooms: a diner named for triplets, a pizzeria that started as a truck and a clam bar open since 1991.
Golden Isles Brewing Co.
Trip's Diner
Trip's opened on 12 March 2012 and is named for the owners' triplets, Libby, Will and John. The owners call it a 'Not-too-Fancy neighborhood restaurant' and serve breakfast all day beside meatloaf, pasta and sandwiches. The St. Pete diner is the original; the Tampa room on North Florida Avenue came later.
